About Gary Windle

Having had a successful career with King Soopers, I am eager to pursue a second career outside of the retail industry. I have gained a great deal of experience and have much to offer including a valuable understanding of what it takes to lead a team to successful accomplishment of goals and responsibilities. As the HR Assistant Store Manager with King Soopers, I was in charge of all aspects of the hiring process including interviewing, hiring, completion of all I-9 documents, onboarding, and enrollment in the KRONOS system. Additionally, I would oversee payroll prior to release to ensure accurate distribution of hours and training. In my position as Operations Assistant Manager, I was responsible for ensuring all department leaders clearly understood expectations, met goals, and adhered to all policies and procedures. I believe that leading by example helps build respect and a desire to succeed in these areas.
