Gary is a senior level project manager with expertise in IT, multimedia and creative assignments. Gary is a key member and leader in various project management teams. He has managed several database migrations as well as website redesigns. Gary is well-versed in use of Six Sigma, SWOT and other project management tools to effectively lead a project to completion. Gary has been responsible for setting strategy, IT policy, and managing teams through completion with multiple stakeholders, including staff, senior leadership, board of directors, and customers.
