About Gasper Otorepec

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive, financial, and insurance industry, I am a goal-oriented and commercially aware professional who drives business growth and innovation at Allianz Slovenija. As a Business Development Specialist, I develop new business opportunities, execute training and education for the internal and external sales network, and cooperate with strategic business partners. I also collect and analyze data on the Slovenian insurance market and customer opinions on Allianz products, and use them to inform and improve the internal work process. My core competencies include negotiation, customer relationship management (CRM), process improvement, and project management. In my previous role as a Purchasing, Business Processes, and IT Manager at ERGO Slovenia, I was responsible for implementing group procurement procedures, offering advice to local management, proposing process improvement to business owners, and helping all departments to achieve the company's goals.
