About Gaston Berardi

I work at the intersection of brand, growth, and market strategy — with a focus on building marketing functions that scale. My career has moved across industries that share one common thread: the challenge of making complex products relevant to people. At L'Oréal, I worked across brand and growth roles in Argentina and Mexico — learning how to build category-leading campaigns, manage large-scale product launches, and operate inside one of the most rigorous marketing organizations in the world. At TikTok, I focused on scaling the TikTok Shop ecosystem across creators, brands, sellers, and agencies in México. My work sat at the intersection of content, commerce, and distribution — where I developed a strong conviction that trust-driven strategies outperform hype-driven ones, every time. Now I'm joining Tapi as Head of Marketing. Tapi is payments infrastructure for Latin America — the technology layer that enables banks, fintechs, and wallets to offer bill payments, mobile recharges, and more directly inside their own platforms. The product already operates at scale. The brand story is still being written. That's the challenge I'm here for. I've lived and worked in France, Argentina, and México, with a consistent focus on LATAM markets.
