About Gatin Juneja

TL;DR: Natural inclination towards data analysis and playing around numbers, hellbent on getting research experience and learning my way into it. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis and learning my way up to R programming and SQL. Have general experience in project management learning around different departments. My career journey has been one of evolution, marked by growth and discovery. Early on, I approached internships with little thought, driven more by obligation than purpose. However, these varied experiences gradually shaped my perspective, making learning and personal growth a central theme of my story. A turning point came with my internship at National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP), an opportunity that felt like a clean slate. This multi-faceted role not only allowed me to understand the intricacies of organizational operations but also deepened my self-awareness, helping me identify my interests and inclinations. I’ve discovered a natural affinity for working with data, analyzing numbers, and uncovering insights—activities I genuinely enjoy and strive to excel at. Through research and practical experiences, I’ve cultivated skills that I aim to enhance as I continue to grow professionally. While I may not have a rigid five-year plan, I embrace continuous learning, setting ad-hoc goals to build my skills and expand my knowledge. At the heart of it all, I believe it’s character that drives both personal and professional development.
