I am a Qualified Fitter and Turner with Gold mine, Aluminum Smelting and Platinum Smelting experience. As a planner I have experience in SAP PM and Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. In Ticor SA and Polokwane Smelter, we developed the whole plant Master Data as these were new plants. I got experience in Creating Functional locations, Equipment and Bills of Materials. We created Maintenance Plans and commissioned them. We also planned and Scheduled Shutdown as per plan. As a Planned maintenance Coordinator, I was coordinating the total Maintenance Planning of Rustenburg Base Metals, Managing 12 Planner Administrators and 5 Planners. Other responsibilities included Coordinating the Plant Shutdowns, the Plant Maintenance Performance Reporting to the Engineering Manager. I was also in charge of all changes done in Planned Maintenance System (SAP)and Microsoft Project. My work demanded that I support the Planned Maintenance team, which I did diligently. I could work under pressure to advice the Engineers and the Engineering Manager of the status of Maintenance in the plant.
