About Gaurav Agarwalla

Gaurav Agarwalla, works in the infrastructure industry of the state, manages Operations at North East Plantation and Commercials. A graduate of Delhi University, he opted to pursue a second degree in law after experiencing the power of petitions in bringing policy changes through interventions of the judiciary. As a change agent, Gaurav invests & works in purposeful impact initiatives. Samanway Foundation an impact driven organisation working specifically in Skill Development is being curated by him. In the past in 2013 his non-profit, EYF, came into existence through which he has implemented a community intervention program, Yushaktikaran. Since then EYF has organized two triennial nation conference under the brand Changemaker Confluence, bringing India's brightest minds under one roof. The next edition is to scheduled for the end of the year. Gaurav aims to leverage its network of like-minded Shapers to bring about lasting impressions in areas of digital and gender equity at City and State-level. His greatest strengths are integrity & passion in making things happen, the greatest testimony to which was the foundation of a national Youth organisation at the age of twenty i.e Esteem Youth Foundation which saw 3 years of brilliant work under his able leadership. He is 26 years old and is from Guwahati.
