With total Experience 14+ yrs. Worked as Head of IT for Fossil India. Currently working as PM cum Sr. Consultant. Was responsible for the business process and the use of application systems to improve operational effectiveness and productivity. Ensures the best use of systems to support business strategy, business process and operations. Effective use of applications including Navision, SAP, BW and retail systems also ensure compliance with regional internal control requirements and best practice. Acted as a key user to identify business needs, user requirements and user training needs. Working as local lead on the rollout of global and regional projects and assure their completion on time, according to budget and at the expected quality level Working closely with the regional IT team and local finance team to manage and control systems related budget / forecast for Company, and ensure that spending is within the budget. Handling IT infrastructure. • ERP Implementation & Support Implemented Modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory & Manufacturing). • Work on Multiple ERP's MS Dynamics NAV, D365 Business Central, AX 2012, SAP (SD). • Experience in understanding IT hardware's. • Project Management, handling multiple project at one point of time. • Digital Platform integration with ERP & CRM. Integrating 3rd party Logistics (3PL) with ERP. • Vendor Management managing vendors like Infosys, Godrej InfoTech, Logitech, Google and others.
