With over two decades of experience in BFSI, captive financing, NBFC setup, assets financing, and automotive industry, I am working as retail business head at Autotrac Finance Limited. My role involves leading a team of 80+ highly skilled individuals, managing direct sales, marketing, retail, and collections, and maintaining performance parameters like penetration levels, TAT, portfolio quality, and P&L of the overall business. I am passionate about driving digital and new technology initiatives to deliver better customer experience, improve efficiency, and reduce cost. I also excel at cross functional collaboration with credit, operations, policy, projects, IT, and finance teams to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms. I have a proven track record of managing relationships with vendors, channel partners, and financial institutions, and successfully handled projects for setting up a new finance entity (NBFC) in India. I have a B.Tech. in Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University and a flair for adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements.
