As an Operations Project Manager with a strong background in engineering, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to drive cross-functional projects, optimize production workflows, and implement scalable solutions in manufacturing and operations environments. Currently at London Machinery, I lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve system reliability. My projects have included implementing Lean and Just-In-Time (JIT) strategies to reduce inventory waste, developing custom Excel-based tools for procurement and scheduling, and streamlining warehouse layout and material flow using DraftSight. I’ve also contributed to system automation by programming engine and chassis logic for concrete mixers—reducing downtime by 30%—and leading the design of electrical harnesses, achieving a 25% reduction in build time. Previously at Roquette, I supported industrial utility automation, capital project execution, and maintenance engineering in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
