About Gaurav Batra

The Problem: The "Messy Middle" of Migration:For 11 years, I’ve watched enterprises get stuck in a catch-22. They can't modernize on-prem because of technical debt, but they can't "lift and shift" because complex legacy logic (Oracle/DB2) breaks when moved to the cloud.Trying to rewrite everything manually before the move is a trap—it takes years and usually fails. The Philosophy: Safe, Automated Migration: I believe the fastest path to modernization is to get your data and logic to the cloud first—intact and verified. At BluePi, we built smart-migrate to automate this critical step. We don't pretend to re-architect your entire stack overnight. Instead, we automate the "Lift and Shift" of complex logic with forensic precision. We focus on:* Logic Fidelity: Converting Legacy SQL/Procs to Cloud Native formats (e.g, PySpark/BigQuery) with >95% accuracy.* Embedded Logic: Finding and moving the "sneaky" SQL hidden inside applications.* Automated Validation: Reconciling data instantly so you know the "Lift" worked. My Role is to help IT Leaders and Partners bypass the "manual rewrite" bottleneck. We get you to the cloud in weeks, not months, so you can start true modernization on Day 2.
