My personal and professional investing journey as a fund manager at some of the leading hedge funds on the planet to now spearheading One Seed Capital, a multi-family focused vertically integrated private equity business, have led me to believe in the following: • – One Seed Capital investing philosophy is heavily influenced by the prodigious Benjamin Graham (the father of Value investing and Warren’s Buffet mentor). That’s also why we absolutely love investing in the multi-family markets in the US mid-west, where we continue to uncover undervalued assets and acquire them on a great basis. • – Being data-driven comes naturally to us and is the bedrock underlying our day-to-day decision-making. Whether it is our unique proprietary deal underwriting framework to being maniacally KPI driven in our property management business, our innate strengths lie in leveraging data to our advantage. We are nerds and we take absolute pride in that fact. • - We believe a significant upside lies in creating operational value in a deal, yielding cash flow which recurs every month, month after month. Admittedly, that’s a big reason why One Seed Management exists. Self management gives us superior execution control on the ground ensuring our investor dollars go the extra mile and ultimately capturing the maximal operational value in an asset.
