As a Lead Analyst-Revenue Operations at Gainsight, I leverage my data analysis skills and SQL knowledge to optimize the revenue generation and retention processes of the leading customer success platform. Prior to joining Gainsight, I gained valuable experience as a Sales Operations Analyst at IHS Markit, where I supported the global sales and account management teams with data-driven strategies, tools, and best practices. I also have a background in sales and marketing engineering at Kay International, where I applied my mechanical engineering knowledge and skills to promote and sell industrial products and solutions. With a B.tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSIT Kanpur and multiple certifications in SQL and Tableau, I am passionate about using data and technology to solve business problems and create value for customers.
