Spare Parts Management: •Maintaining an inventory of spare parts required for equipment maintenance and repairs. •Coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of necessary spare parts. Health and Safety Compliance: •Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. •To ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to equipment maintenance and safety. Budgeting and Cost Control: •Preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while controlling costs. •Identifying cost-saving opportunities through efficient maintenance practices and equipment upgrades. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: •To Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in maintenance operations. •To Collaborate with CFTs to implement continuous improvement projects. Responsible for ISO 9001:2015, actively involved in the IATF 16949 : 2016 Implementation journey at our plant
