About Gaurav Narriya

As an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager at Ashirvad Pipes, I oversee the implementation and improvement of EHS policies, programs, and practices across the organization. With over 7 years of experience in the EHS field, I have worked with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manage risks and hazards, and foster a culture of safety and sustainability. Previously, I was an EHS Manager at United Breweries Ltd, where I led the development and execution of EHS strategies and initiatives for the largest brewery in India. I also have a background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, having worked as a Deputy Manager Safety at SKH Sheet Metals Components Limited. I hold an MBA from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and a PIDS certification from the Regional Labour Institute. My core competencies include EHS audits, inspections, investigations, reporting, training, emergency response, and incident management. I am passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, customers, and communities, and I strive to continuously learn and innovate in the EHS domain.
