I have had the privilege to drive Customer Experience Transformation across platforms and channels including strategic and operational leadership in Digital Marketing & Transformation, Marketing & Brand Communication, Shopper & Trade Marketing, Experiential Marketing, CRM, 1:1 marketing and Customer Experience @ Retail. I have had the experience of Launching Razorfish in India. Razorfish, a leading Global Digital Transformation agency which operates at the friction point of creativity, media and technology. I was instrumental in setting up and creating the entire agency offering right from the scratch and building a team of 150 people across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore in a span of 2 years. I have been responsible for building strategic roadmaps and implementing integrated marketing and digital strategies for a large set of Global brands in India, South East Asia and Middle East across verticals like BFSI (MetLife, RAKBANK, Bank Sohar, SBI, Sanctum), Auto (Maruti Suzuki, FIAT, JEEP), Telecom (Airtel, Idea), IT and Consumer Goods (HP, Cisco, Intel, SanDisk, Samsung), CPG (ITC, Pepsi), Travel & Hospitality (Tourism NewZealand) and Retail ( Madura brands of Aditya Birla Group).
