About Gaurav Sachdeva

I have worked in various industries past 15 years. To start with i have worked in British Railways as team member and also worked as manager, managing the train from Leeds to London. While working in railways i have also worked as project leader at Ventura, Leeds (UK) Managing a team for clients such as Barclays and RBC. credit card services. While working these jobs I finished my Masters in Management consultancy from Leeds Metropolitan University with distinction. Then I moved back to India and worked as Manager at Inversys for Australian clients such as Telstra. Thereafter to find better opportunities moved to Canada and started working for Bell (Teleperformance Canada). After working with Bell, found another opportunity with Sitel (clientlogic) working as Technical Support for T-Mobile USA. Supporting client via email with data devices such as Blackberry and sidekick. worked at Sitel for 1 year, then moved to TELUS as my current employer. Since moving to TELUS, i have worked in many different roles such as Tech support, Project manager for DNA program office and currently working on translations and routing issue for LTE voice network.
