About Gauri Pandey

Having studied Commerce, Gauri has a masters in Economics. She delivered as community head and vice-president during her academic years. In her previous internships with CRY (Child rights and You) she clearly proved her skills in content, community management and events. At The Akshaya Patra Foundation, her work majorly included primary and secondary research self-driven for a cause i.e. to take responsibility for child education and child rights in India. She has, for some years, also worked part-time and as a freelancer in social media handling, brand strategy, event management and content creation. She curated content like blogs, media write-ups, social media posts, E-events, online articles and presentations etc. At Nua (Lagom Labs) as lead for their customer experience and delight team, she passionately built productive relationships with the customers, prospects and team members. Being one the founding team members, she was also working closely with the other teams in building the Nua community and creating a superior customer-first experience. Currently, she is working with J-Frog managing their Customer Experience team, everyday making sure to deliver exceptional customer experience and support.
