Co-founder at Altercarbon Advisors LLP and Altercarbon Innovations Pvt Ltd where we are committed to fostering a sustainable future by empowering MSME businesses, RWAs, Individuals to adopt & drive green transition Prior to co-founding Altercarbon, I have founded and boot strapped two fintech start-ups, one MedTech start up, as well as advised and consulted in the capacity of “consulting COO” with multiple fintech and edtech startups in order to design, implement and manage their organisational as well as customer journeys. Prior to starting as a full time Entrepreneur in the year 2019, I have had a stellar career of > 25 years with various MNC Bank’s / NBFC’s (SCB, ABN, Citicorp, Centurion) where I led large multi-product and multi-function teams in Audit, Quality Assurance, Credit & Operational Risk, Lending and Distribution within and outside India Also, given my vast experience of over 3 decades in the finance and entrepreneurial space where I have led and been first hand exposed to areas such as impact lending, product design & GTM strategies, tech solutions, risk management and distribution framework, I continue to collaborate with fintechs, NBFCs & Banks, builders & developers as well as SMEs, govt & semi govt bodies as well as associations such as MCHI credai to help them adopt impact / sustainable practices by collaborating with Altercarbon to offer solar, waste management solutions and debt capital from the finance partners, where Altercarbon is the installation and project management partner I have also, successfully delivered multiple leadership training programs for organisations such as NIBM, Reliance Nippon Insurance, Jana SFB etc. In my spare time, I enjoy trekking, cricket, travel, good food and spending quality time with my wife, 2 sons as well as friends & family
