About Gaute Solberg
I have been working with working environment, health and safety since 1982. When I worked in the Norwegian Labour Inspection, we developed both a HSE and a Quality system for our District. Added further education in: leadership, health and working environment, ergonomics, project management, risk analysis and I'm engaged in work processes and envolvement of users/resource people together with prevention of health damage and accidents. I also work with security and environmental issues. Position as HSE Manager in a topside project in Singapore /Indonesia for nearly 3 years (2013-2016) and later in two different projects in Aker BP in the same position. I have much experience from inspections, verifications, audits and investigations. Since November 2018 I have been engaged by Allskog Bio as with HSE/Internal control and QA.
