About Gautham Eswar

I spend a lot of time thinking about why some products become part of people's daily routines while others just sit there unused. Some of the best technologies I’ve seen have died a slow, deliberate death (RIP Google Glass). There's this gap between what technology can do and what people actually want to deal with, and that puzzle is my favourite to solve.Especially with AI right now, everyone's racing to build the smartest thing, but we're still figuring out how to make it useful for normal people doing normal work. It's this weird gap between "look what this can do" and "okay, but why should I actually use this?"I'm drawn to products that disappear into your day. The ones where you don't think about the technology because it just works the way you'd expect it to. That's harder to build than the flashy stuff, but it's what actually changes how people work.Based in the Bay Area, and always interested in conversations!
