I am a fresh post graduate student from Singapore Management University (SMU) who has completed the Masters in Management program (MiM) with proficiency in Ecommerce, Digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Consumer Analytics. I have gained work experience through the internship programs by working with various MNC's in Singapore. Currently, I am working as an Ecommerce and Marketing intern at Mondelez Singapore handling key accounts for clients in Singapore and Malaysia markets. I work as a key account and digital marketing executive supporting the ecommerce channels with key focus on growing the ecommerce business by ideating & implementing key account and digital marketing strategies, to increase revenue growth for ecommerce channel sales. As part of my roles and responsibilities I engage with leading global ecommerce vendors on a day-to-day basis to execute multiple promotional campaigns, discounted offers and rebate promotions to drive sales for existing SKU's and new products (NPD). Other responsibilities include consistent evaluation of promotional campaigns against revenue growth, ROI to gauge the effectiveness of the campaigns and improvements. I have experience in Organizing and leading monthly business reviews with customers (global ecommerce vendors) to track product range performance on channel, promotional planning and also revaluate KPIs post promotional campaigns As a part of my undergraduate work experience, I have worked at Ipsos Singapore as a market research intern during which I was given the opportunity to handle multiple projects of multiple MNCs. As an intern, I was entrusted with conducting secondary market research, significant scoring testing, survey script translations and data analysis. I am a committed and resilient individual with strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and a result-oriented approach. Being an individual who is result oriented, I ideate and execute my ideas in a planned and orderly manner. As an aspiring key accounts executive, I am looking for opportunities within the key account management, e-commerce, digital marketing and brand management space.
