Product manager with 5+ years in fintech and payments, building AI-first, automation-driven systems at scale. I work at the intersection of payments, product, and process automation, where complexity is high, and failure is expensive. My core strength lies in transforming complex, manual, and high-risk workflows into streamlined, scalable, and intelligent systems.At Setu (acquired by Pine Labs), I’ve led products across the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), working closely with banks (Axis, Canara) and other major PSP apps like Dreamplug, Tide, etc, and upstream partners like NPCI/NBBL, billers, and large partners. My work spans- AI-driven reconciliation and settlement automation- Building and launching of new products from scratch and planning GTM on revenue targets- WhatsApp-based payment and agentic flows- T0 / same-day settlements- Payment analytics, dashboards, and operational tooling- System design for high-volume, regulated environmentsI use AI daily as a thinking and execution partner for PRDs, system design, rapid prototyping, analytics, and decision-making, allowing me to move faster without sacrificing depth or rigour.What defines my approach- Artefacts over opinions- Systems over patches- Automation over manual ops- Clarity over complexityI’m especially interested in roles where AI, automation, and product design come together to solve real operational problems at scale and solve the problems of millions of users.
