I’m a Chartered Accountant and experienced Finance Executive with over 30 years leading finance across listed, private, and PE-backed businesses — from early-stage ventures to $2.5 billion corporates. My career spans healthcare, childcare, construction, hospitality, technology, and transport. I’ve rebuilt finance teams, delivered clean audits, overhauled systems, and led financial transformation projects that drive real business outcomes. In the past decade, I've specialised in driving and navigating strategic change, encompassing not only turnarounds, M&A, and capital events, but also the critical operational and systemic transformations required for sustainable success. I’ve supported a childcare scale-up from a single location to 32 centres nationally, and partial exit to an ASX-listed acquirer. I've led a financial rescue and sale process within the construction industry that included navigating voluntary administration to secure renewed growth, and I've acted as the key conduit to private equity in a complex national GP network. I bring a measured and commercial mindset in environments where clarity, performance, and trust are critical. Beyond traditional financial oversight, I have an ability to integrate diverse operational and strategic data, enabling a view that anticipates challenges and unlocks value. In addition to my Group FC role for Cann Group, I’m presently undertaking select advisory work and open to further non-Exec and consultancy roles.
