About Gavin Chan

With over 12 years of experience in workforce planning, operations, and team leadership, I am currently the Workforce Enablement Manager at SAI, a health and community services provider. In this role, I lead strategic change across rostering, workforce systems and service delivery to improve continuity of care, operational efficiency and team collaboration. My focus is on driving structure, accountability and data-informed decision making to support sustainable growth and better outcomes for our clients and frontline workforce. I work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to design scalable processes, build workforce capability and strengthen our service model. With a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Curtin University, I bring a practical, people-centred approach to complex challenges—always aiming to create meaningful impact through strategy, systems and service excellence.
