I have created and implemented award-winning PR, social media, and digital strategies for some of the biggest national and international brands, including Vodafone, IRFU, FAI, Samsung, Dyson, Sony, Heineken, AIG, Three, Audi, Life Style Sports, Leinster Rugby, Dublin Zoo and Under Armour. My brand experience ranges from consumer to corporate, to sports and sponsorship, with an awarded expertise in digital activation of sponsorship properties. I get invested in telling a client's or brand's story in the most creative, innovative, and effective ways to positively enhance the sentiment, affiliation, and advocacy of their consumers. Researching and understanding what makes people behave and take the decisions they do is an integral part of my strategic thinking. I am a capable strategic thinker, identifying long-term opportunities and agency challenges, and directing teams with a problem-solving mindset. I understand the agency's/brand's financial performance indicators and budgets to ensure sound financial management. Spending time on the 'client side' at AvalonKing for over two years gave me great brand management experience, monitoring the business P&L, and creating and monitoring ongoing financial reports, as well as directing multidisciplinary teams with high-efficiency output.
