About Gavin Crum

I recently graduated with a Master’s in Strategic Management from Radboud University, where my thesis explored how specific activism strategies lead to corporate responses in the Oil & Gas industry. This research deepened my understanding of the complex interactions between strategy, sustainability, and stakeholder management. Before that, I completed a Pre-Master in Business Administration (average grade: 8) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from HAN University of Applied Sciences, where I gained broad experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Management. Professionally, I’ve built a solid foundation through diverse roles. I previously completed a Category & Marketing internship at Lotus Bakeries in Madrid, and later joined ACSI Publishing in the Netherlands, first as an Customer service agent and then as a Data Analyst, supporting the marketing and finance departments with data-driven insights using Microsoft SQL, Excel, Tableau, and CRM systems. Currently, I’m excited to continue my professional journey as a Business Analyst at LFH in Arnhem, where I look forward to applying my analytical and strategic skills to drive business improvement and growth.
