Over 19 years of Construction Planning and Project Controls experience gained on multiple projects within various sectors including Petrochemical and Power Generation, as well as valuable practical experience gained in the Telecommunications, Civils, Buildings, Data Centres' and Marine sectors. These sectors included both EPC and EPCM facilitation. Planning experience includes creating, monitoring, and controlling schedules in any phase of a project's life cycle, from tender to execution including commissioning. Ensuring best planning practices are adopted to provide deliverables of high quality in terms of baseline schedules and regular progress updates including weekly and/or monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders. Highly competent in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects planning software as a substantial portion of my career has been within the Planning and Project Controls fields. Project Controls experience includes being able to incorporate EVM (Earned Value Management) into the monitoring and control aspects of projects enabling stakeholders (internal and external) to make informed prospective decisions considering CPI and SPI statistics while evaluating retrospective trend analysis. Commercial experience includes reviewing of project-specific contractual documents as well as compiling commercial and contractual letters. Standard Forms of Contract knowledge includes NEC and FIDIC, including bespoke contracts. I have been involved with both Adjudications and Arbitrations preparing SOC (Statement of Claim) and Replication documentation as well as performing the Delay Analysis and compiling the Technical Findings Report in support of the Contractor's Claim within the Adjudication and Arbitration proceedings. Forensic Delay Analysis skills include compiling of Claims and Analysis Reports as well as being able to review project schedules and provide recommendations on mitigation, acceleration, and optimisation. Well versed in various Forensic Delay Analysis techniques as recommended by the SCL (Society of Construction Law) and AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering). I have developed Construction Planning Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions as part of a Company's Integrated Management System. Lastly, I consider myself a positive and energetic person, who believes that success is only achievable through hard work, and a willingness to learn and grow with the ever-changing times. I firmly believe that, if you manage your team correctly, you will manage a project successfully.
