Focussed, energetic and upbeat - I am a professional Business and Sales Leader with over fifteen years’ experience transforming and leading delivery and sales teams focused on Enterprise and Government clients. I have a passion for motivating, coaching and developing staff to realise their full potential. As a highly motivated and accomplished leader, I am skilled at creating and guiding strategy at a business unit, segment or major account level; and communicating that vision across a team or teams. I have extensive ICT sales leadership experience, in Australia and New Zealand, at Hansen Technologies, Dimension Data, Telecom NZ, Gen-i Australia, Gen-i NZ and AAPT. I have experience running business units with full P&L accountability including sales and delivery teams across a broad range of solutions from Mobility, Telco, IT and Cloud services.
