About Gavin Eichholz

An accomplished, enthusiastic and professional Chartered Accountant with a broad range of experience and skills working in both corporates and accounting practices over the past 24 years. Formal studies, work experience and my own interest have allowed me to gain knowledge on financial markets, products and various different industries. I have a wealth of transferable skills including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and a high level of problem solving ability. I value honesty, loyalty and a growth mindset and these directly influence my work ethic. In the last 20 years I have gained extensive knowledge, understanding and training in mindfulness and coaching both formally and through working with teachers and supervisors all over the world. I believe that I am able to combine all my experience to effectively facilitate mindfulness workplace training and leadership coaching. I have worked in the following sectors: financial services, recruitment, advertising, management consulting, manufacturing, sales businesses, government, education and not-for-profit. I hold a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, Diploma of Financial Planning, Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) and have passed all the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations.
