Whether via an on-going transformational programme or short, skill specific (project) initiatives my track record is proven in facilitating and leading individuals and teams across a broad variety of sectors and organisations to improve, through both technical and behavioural change. Reflecting business change and improvement capability developed across both FMCG Operational and Management consultancy roles and the full change (and product) lifecycle I am confident that I can provide great customer focus and value in contractor, consultancy, programme, project and interim management positions.
