I have worked across multiple sectors, including private equity-backed businesses, consultancy, and public sector organisations, with significant international exposure. My most recent role was Financial Controller at Bellrock Group, a UK-wide property and facilities management business with a turnover of £40 million. In that role, I lead a team of 20 staff, overseeing all day-to-day operational finance activities, and acting as a key business partner to senior leadership and investors. Previously, I held finance leadership roles at Consumer Choices, Doncaster Children’s Services Trust, Walstead Group, and LEK Consulting LLP, where I managed complex financial operations and implemented significant process improvements. I have extensive experience in monthly and year-end financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and audit processes. I have a proven ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, introducing new ideas and efficiencies to align financial goals with organisational strategies.
