This commitment has shaped my career as an author, speaker, and founder of Grift Education, where our focus is on helping educators grow as adaptive and learning-focused professionals.Over the past three decades, I have worked alongside educators as a teacher, leader, coach, and presenter. In that time I’ve seen schools flourish when educators and teams embrace honest reflection, collaboration, and a relentless focus on learning.As founder of Grift Education, a publishing and professional learning company, I have the privilege of amplifying voices from around the world. Through books, workshops, and conferences, our work supports educators in ways that are ethical, practical, and future-focused.
