My career began with foundational roles such as Test Analyst and SAP Functional Analyst, equipping me with a deep understanding of business processes and technology integration. I transitioned into product management at Sanlam Investments, where I led strategic initiatives that included optimizing operational processes through automation, as well as driving digital transformation and innovation. As Head of Product, I was a key member of the executive committee, aligning product strategies with business goals and introducing innovations like WhatsApp investing to enhance customer engagement. In this leadership role, I managed cross-functional teams, drove growth, and ensured the product portfolio was continuously optimized to meet evolving market needs. I also served as a Senior Product Manager at Nexus Strategy Consulting, where I focused on digital transformation, building products that driving operational efficiency and long-term value. Alongside my corporate journey, I co-founded PB & Java, a tech-driven startup that delivers AI-powered solutions to automate business processes and unlock new efficiencies. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology, business, and customer experience, with a focus on creating meaningful impact through innovative solutions and strategic leadership.
