About Gavin Holbrook

Started off in the Hydraulic hose industry at 18 and quickly moved to a yard attendant/steam cleaner position at CAT Advanced Solutions and began my career in the generator industry. Stayed there for 2 years and left to the Ahern Specialties Division where I continued my career in generators. While at Ahern Specialties I met some people who have guided me into the industry of full turn key service and event set ups, that included how to approach customers and take care of them in a proper way. After some of the best months at Ahern I made the decision to further expand my knowledge of diesel generators. I began my career at EquipmentShare’s Advanced solutions where I got to meet some of the best people who helped guide me even further with experience in event setup and working on industrial A/C. While at EquipmentShare’s advance solutions branch I was the field tech. Got to talk to customers face to face and understand what I could do better. I understood and began to further my career and started dealing with customers first hand. Always understood that if the customer was happy, the customer was happy. Since then I’ve only pushed my career harder by going back to CAT to further my experience with diesel engines. While at CAT I met some of the smartest and hardworking technicians to date. I was put on full rebuilds and other projects that helped me understand the importance of detail. Now I work at EquipmentShare’s North Salt Lake branch with a much further understanding on how the inner workings of a diesel machine.
