Currently serving as Head of IT and Software Development at Lumina Learning, I lead a dynamic team responsible for all IT, cyber security and software development functions. My role extends beyond day-to-day management, encompassing strategic decision-making and directly reporting to the CEO. I'm proud of my track record in significantly reducing system incidents, optimising costs, and maintaining an impeccable uptime of critical business services. I am involved in pioneering research into the application of AI within the development and assessment industry, focusing on enhancing psychometric products and services at Lumina Learning. My technical expertise is broad, with skills in Agile management, strategic IT planning, cloud technologies, software engineering and cyber & information security. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with and providing solutions for leading global firms, delivering tailored IT solutions that meet diverse needs.
