An IT Manager with 20 years of experience, I can bring the detail of technical systems and the complexities of IT to life in a business – by aligning it with broader business processes, communications, and continuous improvement strategies. I am no stereotypical ‘techy’ – I have the IT knowledge, yes, but crucially, I can explain it to non-IT professionals and use it to enhance broader business processes. I have a pragmatic approach that helps me to pick up unfamiliar systems quickly and lead from the front when it comes to hands-on problem-solving.
