About Gavin Milligan

I have worked in various roles within the training industry and worked with great people and great teams. After nearly 10 happy years working within the training industry, in 2015, I made the decision to start up my own business GEM Compliance Training, specialising in First Aid, Health and Safety and CSCS Card Support. I absolutely love what I am doing, supporting businesses and individuals in meeting their compliance training needs for workplaces, which I do with my amazing GEM Team and fellow Director. I am so pleased with our progress so far and our objective as a team is to grow GEM from strength to strength and continue to do what we love for the rest of our working lives! As an individual, I’m a hardworking and dedicated professional who is very passionate about working in the training industry. I’m an extremely committed and reliable individual who has the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and support and motivate a team to achieve high standards. In a nutshell, I absolutely love what I do and I work with amazing people! I also have a fantastic son and daughter that keep me busy outside of work. Life couldn't be better for me, I am very blessed.
