I also worked in Intellectual Property litigation at Kirkland & Ellis with a focus on patent, copyright, and trade secret disputes, taking several case through trial, including representing Motorola Solutions, Inc. in a $765 million victory over Hytera Communications Corp. for trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement, and representing Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. in an $854 million victory over Syntel Inc. for trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement.I earned my J.D. from Boalt Hall at UC Berkeley, and my B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California. I also have experience in finance and consulting. Qualified to practice law in California and New York. Patent Bar qualified.
