I have years of customer service experience as well as leadership experience that has shaped me as an individual and as a mentor. I am a sought after listener and extremely tolerant of others, with the ability to think outside of the box. My personality enables me to work excellently and contently on my own. My extrovert nature allows me to achieve popularity and professional satisfaction as a leader or member of a team. I am modest and reserved but equally assertive and when the situation requires, I am respectively forceful and tactful.
