As a Chartered Engineer, Gavin thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strategic, multidisciplinary outlook and has proven leadership of cross-functional ventures. Gavin possesses strong financial planning and analytical skills as applied to cost-saving solutions for the reduction of CapEx and OpEx. He has over a decade of experience in the Telecoms and Engineering sectors, having been responsible for numerous projects from inception to completion. Gavin is an experienced board director with excellent client relations and has represented multiple companies at international conferences. Gavin is also an accomplished project manager, who is proficient in the methodologies of both the Project Management Institute (PMI) and PRINCE2 and is currently leading the Commercial Operations of EllaLink’s new transatlantic network. Gavin owns his own specialist project management consultancy (WicPro) and is an experienced risk and change manager; and he is deeply familiar with the analysis of business feasibility.
