My journey in the event industry began in the late 1990s, where I started as an event coordinator for a local event management company. Soon worked my way up the ladder, gaining more experience and responsibility with each event I managed. In 2008, I was appointed as the operations director for a large events company in Dubai, where I was responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various large-scale events. Over the years, I managed events of all sizes and complexities, from small business meetings to international trade fairs with thousands of exhibitors. My ability to work under pressure has been key to my success in the industry. My expertise in logistics, budget management, vendor management, and risk assessment have contributed to ensuring the seamless execution of events. I have organised large-scale international events in Dubai that hosted over attendees from 100 different countries. and was responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of the event, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and security. I worked closely with various stakeholders, including government authorities, vendors, sponsors, and event attendees, to ensure that the event was a success.
