I am a proactive and strategic thinking management professional with executive level communication, leadership, negotiation and influencing skills. I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master of Business Management. My work experience includes senior management roles in both private and public organisations and as a Lecturer, delivering a wide range of Business Management subjects in both Australian and Overseas based Universities and International Business Schools. Additionally, I have worked in the Consulting and Corporate Training Industry in Shanghai, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. I am an achievement focused individual with the ability to build strategic partnerships and networks at executive level, including the capacity to build organisational capability and responsiveness, engage in effective operations management and astute executive level decision making with informed risk. My professional areas of expertise include Organisational Development (Learning and Development) Operations Management / Strategy and Strategic Organisational Change Management. My research areas are focused on the developments of Industry 4.0 and Digitalisation, and building Leadership capability for the 21st Century.
