About Gavin Oneal

I am a lifetime runner who was been a part of championship teams since high school. I have taken my talent and passion for running and turned it into a successful collegiate coaching career. Spanning Division to Division I, my career has focused on sprints, hurdles, jumps, and middle distance. I have coached athletes to World Championship and Olympic-qualifying performances while at Columbia University and Boise State University. Coaching and educating young athletes to the zenith of their athletic talents, as well as influencing the adults they become before entering the workforce, provides a great deal of professional and personal satisfaction. My strengths include retooling and polishing raw talent into a high-performing team. Co-Founder/Owner of Franklin House - Boise's first Bed & Beer. The 19th century "ice house," located in Boise's historic North End, has been restored into a six bedroom bed & breakfast with a beer garden open to the public. Franklin House is the perfect getaway to relax, enjoy a drink, and mingle with the community of the North End and Boise.
