During the 20 plus years within the IT arena I have worked in large corporate environments and SME’s. Currently working as a Data Migration Consultant at Zellis who are a software solution provider to the HR and Payroll arena supplying their software either as an client managed on premise solution though to a fully managed outsource solution. Zellis supply HR / Payroll solution an services to many of the UK leading corporate and government agencies paying millions of employees across the UK and Ireland each pay period. Prior to Zellis I worked as a Service Transition Manager for CDW in Peterborough. CDW supply IT technologies and also supply outsource IT services centre where as Service Transition Manager my role is to on boarding IT support services sold by account and business development managers into the relevant teams within the CDW operations. Whilst at VFM Services, an outsourced insurance claims handling company looking for risk and fraudulent I worked as the IT Operations Manager with good all-round technical expertise that includes systems scoping, selection, implementation and on-going day to day user support. Very capable with a proven ability to ensure the smooth running of the company IT systems within this SME over the last 10 years plus experience of IT systems within much larger corporate organisations. Whilst at VFM I have scoped, sourced, supplier selection and implemented many of the systems in place today with 3rd party supplier installation as required. I am hard working and company loyal individual now having to balance both day to day user support and longer term projects as required supporting this SME specialised business.
