Very few are designed to restore confidence.I work at the intersection of MSK health, behaviour, and performance — helping people and organisations move from limitation to lasting capability.After more than 30 years in clinical practice, and my own experience of persistent low back pain and sciatica, my work focuses on what traditional MSK pathways miss: the transition from short-term relief to long-term confidence and prevention.My approach is underpinned by formal training in pain science, including a Master’s degree in Pain Management, alongside extensive hands-on clinical and performance experience.This work has been shaped in performance environments (including golf), where confidence, fear, and recurrence are impossible to ignore, and is now applied in organisational settings where resilience, capability, and sustained performance matter.
