About Gavin Semco

As a Data Modeler at Revenue Management Solutions, I created visuals and models to measure the effects of a product launch for over 200 stores using difference-in-differences and survival analysis methods. I presented the comparison and recommendation of these methods to RMS executives, demonstrating my analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to communicate complex data effectively while workings towards my Master's degree in Information Systems and Operations Management (Business Analytics). I also have a strong background in professional selling as I was selected as a Teaching Assistant for the Professional Selling course at the University of Florida, where I graduated with an undergraduate degree in Finance in May 2022. I hosted selling simulations for undergraduate students, provided feedback and guidance, and excelled in the course to be selected as a TA, with 100% on all exams and a 98% average on the sales simulations. I have developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as a keen understanding of customer needs and objections.
