I’m a strategic leader with a passion for building trust, bridging sectors, and turning complexity into clarity. With experience across both the public and private sectors, I’ve led teams, shaped policy, and executed high-impact projects at the intersection of operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Currently, I serve as Director of Client Relations for Alberta’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) oversight program at ARMA. In this role, I’m the outward-facing lead—working with municipalities, industry, and government to bring circular economy policy to life. Whether it’s launching province-wide programs, supporting local implementation, or navigating sensitive stakeholder dynamics, I lead with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and long-term impact. My background spans supply chain management, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making, with a Bachelor of Commerce in SCM as my foundation. But what truly drives me is helping teams move from ambiguity to alignment—and doing it in a way that builds lasting relationships and public trust.
