Introduction I am a passionate, aggressive and highly energetic individual who thrives on stretching challenges and tasks. I am a well-rounded person with excellent sales, marketing and general management experience. I have worked for some of the top companies globally such as Nike, Cadbury and Konica Minolta. I enjoy working in a team environment and feel that motivated and informed employees are a key element of success within any organisation. Judgement I have the ability to identify issues and opportunities and am able to respond quickly to these issues and opportunities. My ability to identify key stakeholders and engage appropriately with them has allowed me to move quickly and speed up decision making. I am effective in generating and evaluating alternatives and therefore judgement in decision making is well thought through and based on fact. I am working on developing my analytical rigour in order to further enhance my decision making capability. Drive I am ambitious, energetic and goal orientated.
