I am an experienced site manager with good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of maintenance/refurbishment works in the social housing sector this includes planned and reactive maintenance. I am a loyal competent committed and highly driven individual, who takes care and pride in all aspects of work undertaken. I am looking to join a company that will offer me new challenges and continuous learning opportunities and allow me to share the knowledge I have gained from the last 16 years in the construction industry. I have successfully managed contracts such as K&B, disrepair, EWI, Roofing, Environmental, Residential refurbishment, my most recent contract has been managing the internal and external refurbishment of a four storey residential complex for Cardiff City Council. The works include hard and soft landscaping, fabrication of the surrounding fencing, removal of all asbestos ceilings fire stopping and fire door renewal. Over the past twelve months, I have also been involved in various other projects for Cardiff City Council, • Cladding removal of three tower blocks with the use of mast climbers and cradles. • Roofing renewal. • External Painting. • Various groundworks contracts.
